SuperTots
A child learns best through repetition. By attending a 25 minute session on 10 consecutive days to start with, your child will find it easier to gain:
An Introduction to water
Water confidence
Breath control when submerged under water

After this initial block course, your child is familiar with the swimming environment and will be ready to progress to weekly lessons to practise these skills and build on them, while you will become familiar with our routines and holds.

This is an extension of the Kickstart and SlowStart, where you both continue to work on holds, submersions, blowing bubbles and motor skills in a framework of fun activities and toys.
The focus is to get your child comfortable on their back & front and to work on motor skills.
Babies are now toddlers (16mths-3years), with a more sophisticated connection to their surroundings. We are ready to focus on kicking and arms as an introduction to the basics of propelling through water, still supported by the framework of fun activities and toys, encouraging the child instigate their participation.
More advanced water safety techniques are employed and independence is encouraged to help build confidence.
This level is only for children who have become comfortable enough to take the step of independence. Here, we encourage toddlers to float and propel themselves throug the water independently.
A further aim is to progress from 'play' based teaching to a more structured program.
10 Day Kickstart
SlowStart

SlowStart was introduced with working parents in mind. The aims are the same as the 10 Day Kickstart but the implementation is carried out over a series of weekly lessons.
Class sizes are all up to 6, plus parents in the water.
